Ms. Jaya Bharuka is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a registered Insolvency Professional (under IBC, 2016) in addition to being a lawyer. With her multi-disciplinary background, she has an edge over legal issues involving financial matters.

Sanjiv Goel

Mr. Sanjiv Goel is practicing since 1989. In early nineties, he represented the New Delhi Municipal Council. In 1995, he was appointed as the Assistant Public Prosecutor. (ad hoc on a contractual basis) After his stint as the APP, Mr. Goel started GDG and Co Advocates in 1998. He has represented and provided legal assistance to the Council of Architecture (India), U.S. Commercial Service (Embassy of the United States, Delhi) and other multinational companies. He has extensive experience in varied areas of legal practice with expertise in corporate litigation and arbitration.

Ravi Bharuka

Mr. Ravi Bharuka is a graduate from ILS Law College, Pune. He is a graduate of 2013 and has successfully worked on various commercial disputes including arbitration involving heavy financial stakes and complex questions of facts and law before the Arbitral Tribunal (both Institutional and Ad hoc), High Court and Supreme Court.
